Is functional fitness right for you? Do you want to improve your mobility, coordination, and reduce your injury risk? Join WPNSTA Earle MWR Fitness on Wednesday, July 15 at 11:30 AM at the C-29 NOFFS Zone for our Intro to Functional Training class. This introductory class will take you through movements to improve your daily life activities. This class is for all fitness levels. You must have a valid military ID or CAC. Preregistration is reqiured by Thursday, July 9.
