  1. Scholarship Database

The Joint Service Scholarship Database lists over 1,000 scholarships that you might be eligible to apply for.  The database can be found at https://partners-in-purpose.com/ Please note that this site cannot be accessed on a government device.

  1. Salute to Seniors Event-

The Joint Base MDL is hosting a Salute to Military Seniors Event on May 1, 2026 from 1700-2200 at Pudgy’s located at 2007 Can Do Way, McGuire AFB, NJ 08641. If you are interested in attending please complete the Form found at https://form.jotform.com/242125390107144

 

  1. Report Card Program

Did you know as a Military-Affiliated Student with a “B” or equivalent grade or better in grades 1-12 that you are eligible to participate in a quarterly drawing for monetary awards through the NEXTgen Scholars Program. All you need to do is bring a copy of your report card and fill out the application at the NWS Earle Exchange or submit it online.

 

  1. FRHSD College Night

The next College and Career Planning Event will be held on March 5th at 6:00pm at Colts Neck High School.  The topic of this event will be 9th and 10th Grade Post-Secondary Planning and is intended for 9th and 10th grade students and their families. 

 

  1. FRHSD College Fair

The Freehold Regional High School District will hold their annual College Fair on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 6:00pm at Howell High School.  Last year representatives from over 100 colleges across the United States were in attendance.  See your guidance counselors for more information.  The intended audience for this event is 10th and 11th grade students and their families from FRHSD.  

 

  1. NCAA Homeschool Information and Toolkit

Are you a homeschool family and your child is considering playing college sports?  You should check out information and resources for student athletes at https://www.ncaa.org/sports/2014/10/13/home-school-students.aspx.

 

  1. Colts Neck Sports Foundation

Did you know that the Colts Neck Sports Foundation offers a discount for military families? The discount is indicated on the online registration form for each sport which can be found at https://www.coltsnecksportsfoundation.com/.  If you don’t see the discount or have questions you can contact the sports foundation through the contact us page on their website.
